APPLE CRISP

  • 8 apples
  • 1/2 c water
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 3/4 c flour
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1/2 c butter

Preparation

Step 1

Wash, pare, quarter and core apples. Cut into slices. Put slices into bottom of buttered baking dish. Add water. Combine sugar, cinnamon and flour. Rub butter into sugar mixture to make crumbs. Spread crumbs over apples. 375, 40 minutes.
