MEASURE INTO BOWL AND MIX WITH ELECTRIC MIXER IN MEDIUM SPEED FOR 2 MINUTES NOW STIR IN 1 TSP BAKING POWDER AND 2 UNBEATEN EGG WHITES BEAT 2 MINUTES AND POUR INTO GREASED PAN TOP WITH:
1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
2 TBSP FLOUR
2 TBSP BUTTER MELTED OR SOFTENED
1 TSP CINNAMON
1/2 CUP CHOPPED NUTS
MIX AND SPRINKLE OVER CAKE. BAKE AT 350 FOR 40 TO 50 MINUTES
