Chipotle-Maple Sauce for chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 seeded chipotle
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

Preparation

Step 1

In a food processor, combine 2 seeded chipotles in adobo with 1/2 cup ketchup, 3 tablespoon cider vinegar, 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons butter ad 1/4 cup pure maple syrup. Puree until smooth. Scrape the sauce into a small saucepan and simmer for 2 minutes, until glossy. Also good on beef and pork
