Salsa Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 125 (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) g Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. salsa
  • 2 large spinach-flavoured tortillas
  • 1/2 shredded cup Cracker Barrel Light Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cream cheese spread and salsa until blended; spread onto tortillas.

Top with remaining ingredients; roll up tightly.

Cut each roll-up into 9 slices.

MAKE AHEAD
Prepare roll-ups as directed, but do not cut into slices. Tightly wrap each roll-up in plastic wrap. Refrigerate up to 4 hours. Slice just before serving.

SUBSTITUTE
Prepare using tomato-flavoured tortillas.
