Ingredients

  • 2 Cups cooked ric
  • 3 Cups cooked chicken
  • 6 Slices of swiss cheese
  • 10 slices of cut up ham
  • 2 Can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 Cup of milk
  • 1/2 Cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 10 saltine crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Coat 9x13inch baking dish with cooking spray, spread the cooked rice in the bottom of the baking dish, arrange cooked chicken over the rice, layer the swiss cheese on top of chicken, then layer cut up ham onto of cheese. Mix together the cream of chicken soup, milk and sour cream and pour on top of the ham. Crush the saltine crackers and mix in paprika, garlic and parsley and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
