Ingredients
- 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3/4 c amber-style beer
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Step 1
Toss cheese with flour. Combine all other ingredients in fondue pot on medium heat. When hot, slowly add cheese and flour mixture, stirring constantly until melted. Serve with bread, fruit and vegetables.
