Wonton Sausage Appetizers

  • 25 count wonton wrappers
  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup jalapeno pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cup Ranch salad dressing


Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 15mins


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a skillet, cook sausage, drain, and set aside.
Press wonton wrappers into each cup of a muffin tin. Bake 5 minutes. Remove from oven and place on baking sheet. Repeat until there are about 25.
Mix cooked sausage, cheddar and jack cheeses, and salad dressing until well blended. Spoon mixture into wontons. Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until bubbly.
