Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 c water
- 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 14 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 c white rice (uncooked)
- 1 c chopped green bell pepper
- 1/8 c brown sugar
- 1 teas salt
- 1/2 teas pepper
- 1 teas beef bouillion

Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan, season beef with salt and pepper and cook through.
Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30-40 min or until peppers are tender and rice is cooked.
