Ingredients
- 4 cups of cooked orzo pasta
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
- 2 Tbl finely diced red onion
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, cut in half
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Preparation
Step 1
1. Toss all above ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add appropriate amount of dressing, toss and season.
