CHOCOLATE SAUCE

  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 3/4 c cocoa powder
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 1/2 c bittersweet chocolate
  • 3 T light corn syrup

Preparation

Step 1

Place sugar, water and corn syrup in saucepan. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Place cocoa powder in bowl. Add half of boiled syrup and stir until smooth. Gradually add remaining syrup and mix. Add melted chocolate and blend. Strain through sieve.
