Ingredients
- 1 qt. shredded lettuce
- 1 1/2 cups tomato slices, cut in half
- 2 cups (8 ozs.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 10-oz. pkg. frozen peas, thawed & drained
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced & cut in half
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed

Preparation
Step 1
In 2-quart salad bowl, layer lettuce, tomatoes, 1 3/4 cups cheese and peas. Arrange eggs around edge of bowl.
Combine mayonnaise, sugar and dill weed; mix well. Spread over salad, sealing to edge of eggs.
Cover; refrigerate overnight.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese just before serving.
