Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- Filling:
- 2 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. mini semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. mini marshmallows
Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
Mix crumbs and sugar. Stir in butter. Press into bottom and 1 3/4 in. up the sides of greased 10" springform pan.
Filling:
Beat cream cheese, milk & vanilla til smooth. Add eggs. Beat on low until just combined.
Stir in chips & marshmallows. Pour over crust.
Bake 325 40-45 min (until center is almost set)
Remove from oven. Sprinkle with mini marshmallow. Bake 4-6 more min. (until marshmallows puff)
Melt 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips with 1 Tbsp shortening. Drizzle over marshmallows when puffed. Cool 1 hour.
Knife around edge right away, then release pan when cool.
