CHEESE SALAD

  • 2 envelopes Knox gelatin
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 3/4 c water
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese
  • 2/3 c sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (with juice
  • 1 c mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

Soak gelatin in cold water 5 minutes. Heat pineapple, lemon juice and sugar. Dissolve soaked gelatin in this warm mixture. Cool and add in the rest of the ingredients. Chill at least 24 hours before using.
