Ingredients

  • 12 oz linguine
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/3 dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup clam juice
  • 30 clams
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup chpped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

cook pasta
heat oil and add thyme red pepper, garlic. cook two mins
stir in wine and clam juince
add clams, cover and cook til open
remove
add pasta butter and rest of ingredients to pan.
toss
