Ingredients

  • 1/2

    lb. vanilla wafers

  • 2

    tsp. cocoa

  • 1

    cup pecans finely chopped

  • 1/2

    cup light corn syrup

  • 1/4

    cup rum

  • powdered sugar

Directions

Grind wafers very fine, add nuts, cocoa, corn syrup, and rum. Stir until well blended. Dust with powdered sugar and roll mixture into small balls. Let stand for 1 hour to dry. Then roll in powdered sugar.
