Ingredients
- 1 lb Jumbo Lump Crab meat
- 1 t5sp parsley
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp seafood seasoning
- 1 tsp Worchestershire
- 6 T mayonnaise
- 1 tsp melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except for crab in mixing bowl and whip until smooth. Stir in crab. Blend together. Place in ramekin and bake 400 12-15. Imperial sauce:
6 T mayonnaise
1 oz half & half
½ tsp seafood seasoning
½ tsp fresh lemon juice
½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Combine all ingredients and whip until smooth. Top with sauce. Broil until golden brown.
