Ingredients
- 2 CUPS EGG NOODLES
- 2 TSP VEGETABLE OIL
- 1 LB GROUND BEEF
- 1/3 CUP FINELY CHOPPED ONION
- 1 CLOVE GARLIC, FINELY CHOPPED
- 1 TSP DRIED OREGANO
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 1 CAN CONDENSED TOMATO SOUP
- 1/2 CUP SHREDDED MOZ CHEESE

Step 1
1. HEAT OVEN TO 350
2. COOK NOODLES FOLLOWING PACKAGE DIRECTIONS
3. MEANWHILE, HEAT OIL ON MEDIUM HIGH IN A NONSTICK SKILLET. ADD GROUND BEEF, ONION, AND GARLIC. COOK OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT FOR 6 MINUTES OR UNTIL BEEF IS NO LONGER PINK. DRAIN AND STIR IN OREGANO, SALT, SOUP, AND 1/3 CUP WATER AND NOODLES
4. TAKE OFF HEAT AND ADD 1/2 OF THE CHEESE. SPOON INTO BAKING DISH AND SPRINKLE WITH REMAINING CHEESE OVER THE TOP AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 25-30 MINUTES UNTIL BUBBLY.
