Ingredients
- SHRIMP
- MEDIUM TO LARGE ONION
- 2 - 3 STALKS OF CELERY
- 1 - 1-1/2 TSP. HORSE RADISH SAUCE (NOT CREAMY - REGULAR)
- COUPLE OF TABLESPOONS OF MAYO
- 1/4 - 1/2 BOTTLE OF CHILI SAUCE

Step 1
CHOP ONION AND CELERY.
MIX ALL TOGETHER.
ADD SALT AND PEPPER.
REFRIGERATE BEFORE SERVING WITH COOKED SHRIMP (BOIL WATER WITH A LITTLE SALT. PUT SHRIMP IN AND COOK UNTIL PINK USUALLY 3 - 5 MINUTES. DON'T HAVE TO BRING WATER TO ANOTHER BOIL.
