Tomatillo Guacamole

Ingredients

• 6 to 8 tomatillos
• 3/4 cup cilantro
• 1 avocado, diced
• 1/2 onion, chopped
• 1/2 jalapeño, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic
• juice of 1 lime
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp salt

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse till combined.
