  • 1 4oz white choc cut into small pieces
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 2pd pkg confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla



Step 1

Microwave choc with 1/3 cup heavy cream 30 second intervals, stir at each interval til melted. Let cool to room temperature (30 min)

Beat butter at med speed til creamy.

Add confectioner's sugar and 1/4 cup heavy cream 1 tbsp at a time, beating at low speed until blended after each addition.

Beat in salt and chocolate mixture til light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla.
