Ingredients
- 4-5 med. Potatoes
- 3-4 green onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 12 oz. carton sour cream
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- Cook, peel, and slice potatoes. Chop onions and mix with soup, sour cream and cheese. Pour over sliced potatoes. Bake at 350 for 40 min.
