vanillia ice cream
1 gal of ice cream
- 1/2 gal of whole milk
- 2 pints half and half
- 1 1/2 cans evaperated milk
- 5 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tbs vanilla
- dash of salt
Heat milk to just before boling. keep stirring so not to scorch milk
sift sugar and flour. add to milk, stirring constanly
put eggs in bowl and mix. after milk almost comes to a boil add a liitle milk to the eggs and mix. Add eggs to the milk. Cook until it becomes like a custard. at least 7 minutes.
Put milk into cannister then add rest of ingredients.Then it is time to make the ice cream.
