CRAB SOUP

Ingredients

  • Blend 3 T flour and 1.25 oz Hollandaise sauce. Add 2 c half and half. Cook over medium heat until thick.

Preparation

Step 1

Add 2 c half and half, 3 T Old Bay, ½ tsp ground mustard, ¼ tsp celery seed, 1 c whipping cream.

Simmer and turn heat to low.

Add 1 lb crabmeat and 1 T sherry.
