Russian Tea Cakes

My oldest son's favorite Christmas goody! His sweet wife Mindy makes them for him now - not just at Christmas!!

Ingredients

• Mix together:
• 1 C soft butter or margarine
• 1/2 C pwd sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Add:
• 2 1/4 C flour
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 3/4 C finely chopped nuts

Cooking time 25mins

Step 1

Roll into 1" balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake @ 400 for 10 minutes. Cool for a couple of minutes and roll in more pwd sugar. Roll again when cooled.
