What You'll Need:
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

What To Do:
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 1-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
2.In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except artichoke hearts; beat until well blended. Stir in artichoke hearts then spoon into casserole dish.
3.Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until heated through and edges are golden. Serve immediately.
Notes
For smaller gatherings, divide the uncooked mixture into smaller casserole dishes, wrap them well, and keep them on hand in the freezer. That way, you can always heat up a treat for last-minute guests. Watching your waistline but still want to indulge?
