Ingredients
- 20-24 large shrimp
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 lb. butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1-2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 lb. linguine
Preparation
Step 1
Clean and devein shrimp. Split fantail fashion.
Combine wine, oregano, melted butter, garlic, and garlic powder.
Arrange shrimp in shallow casserole dish and cover with 3/4 of the marinade. Bake 12-15 minutes in 425 oven.
Cook linguine, drain. Mix with remaining marinade and top with shrimp mixture. ENJOY!
