Ingredients
- 2 Lb. ground pork
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 Tsp. finely chopped sage
- 1 1/2 Tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 Tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1 gala apple, peeled, cored and finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Shape into 16 patties. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook patties in 2 batches, 3 to 4 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
