Step 1

Take 6 quarts popped popcorn, (24 cups). In a sauce pan, melt 2 sticks margine add 2 cups brown sugar, 1/2 cup light karo syrup, 1 tsp salt, stir constantly, until it boils, reduce heat, boil 5 minutes.

DO NOT STIR

add 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp soda, stir and it will double in size, pour over popcorn, mix, bake at 200 1 hr. stir every 15 minutes.
