  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 can carnation milk
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 (12 oz) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 pt. marshmallow creme
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)



Step 1

Butter sides of large saucepan. Place 4 cups sugar, milk, and butter in pan and cook over slow heat, stirring and watching all the time. Takes about 20-25 minutes. Bring to firm ball stage. Then remove from heat and quickly add chocolate chips and marshmallow creme, stirring until smooth. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased pan.
