Bean & Rice Burritos

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can refried beans, heated
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup picante sauce or salsa
  • 6 8" flour tortillas
  • 6 T. sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine beans, rice, cheese and picante sauce or salsa. Spoon mixture evenly in center of each tortilla. Fold up envelope-style and place on rack, seam side down. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Bake 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Top with sour cream
