  • 2 cups plain croutons
  • 1 cup. Shredded sharp cheese
  • 4 slightly beaten eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • dash pepper
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. prepared mustard
  • 1/8 t. onion powder

Preparation

Step 1

In bottom of greased 10x6x1 ¾ baking dish combine croutons and cheese.
Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper, mustard and onion powder. Mix until blended.
Pour over croutons in dish and bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Watch closely.
