Ingredients
- Topping:
- 29 oz. Can Cut Yams, drained
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup coconut
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp margarine
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Place drained yams in ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole or baking dish. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and blend well. Press into pan. Combine ingredients for topping and spread over yams. bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes until bubbly.
