Ingredients
- 2 C Sugar
- 1 (12 oz) Pkg Fresh Cranberries
- 1 C Raisins
- 1 C Chopped Celery
- 1 T Orange Zest
- 1 C Water
- 3/4 C OJ
- 1 C Chopped Walnuts
- 1 Med Apple Chopped
- 1 t Gr Ginger

Step 1
Combine sugar, cranberries, and water in Lg sauce pan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer stirring occasionally for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in the OJ. Add the raisins, walnuts, celery, apple, orange zest, and ginger and mix well. Spoon into serving dish.
Chill covered for 2 hours.
