Mom's Lime Cake

Super moist and delicious cake. Great for summer time and church dinners. My mom was famous at all her churches for this cake. She was a pastor's wife so she did more than her share of cooking!

Ingredients
- Icing:
- I lemon cake mix
- 1 pkg lime jello
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 C oil
- 1 C water
- 2 C pwd sugar
- 1/3 C lemon juice
- 2 T oil

Step 1
Mix all cake ingredients and beat/bake for time/temp stated on box in a 13x9 pan. Cool 10 minutes in pan then poke tons of holes in it with a cooking fork. Mix glaze/icing together - I always make a little extra - and pour over cake. I use the back of a spoon going back and forth on the cake to force the icing into the holes better.
