Tuna Noodle Cassarole

  • 1 medium size package of noodles – fine or medium
  • 2 cans of mushroom soup
  • 3 cans tuna fish
  • Potato chips or Ritz crackers
  • 2 Tab melted butter or oleo



Step 1

Butter a 2 quart casserole
Cook noodles according to directions on the package
Warm mushroom soup on stove
Layer noodles, then tuna and then mushroom soup
Stir together between each layer
Top with crushed potato chips OR
Mix the Ritz crackers with the melted butter
Put topping on the casserole

Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
If chips or crackers are not crisp, put under the broiler for two to three minutes - watch closely
