Pork and Green Chili Stew

Ingredients
- 3 T . oil
- 2 lbs. pork - cut in in 1" or smaller cubes (I like tenderloin)
- 1 c. onions, diced
- 1/2 t. minced garlic
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. peeled chopped tomatoes (canned ok and often better if available tomatoes are not really ripe)
- 2 7 oz. cans chopped green chilis, drained
- 1 fresh Jalapeño, cored, seeded and minced
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 t. sugar
- Tortillas - warmed

Preparation
Step 1
Brown pork. Stir in onion and garlic. Add flour. Cook 1-2 minutes. Add rest. Cook 2 1/2 hours.
Serve with flour tortillas.
