Pork Chops With Green Peppers and Pinapple

Ingredients

  • 8 thinly sliced pork Chops
  • 1 teaspoon oil (optional)
  • Garlic,saltto taste
  • 2 green peppers,cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1 can (13 1/2) oz pineapple chunks,drained
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce,or to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Brown,pork chops in iol.Season with garlic,salt;add green peppers,pineapple and soy sauce.Cover and cook over,low heat 15 minutes,or until peppers are tender and pork chops are done.Serve with rice.
