Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 Stove Top Stuffing
- 1 c water
- Italian: 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 3/4 c spaghetti sauce, 3/4 c mozzarella
- Fiesta: 2 tsp chili powder, 3/4 c salsa, 3/4 c Mexican cheese
- Mediterranean: 1 tsp oregano, 3/4 c red peppers, 3/4 c feta cheese
- BBQ: 1 tsp garlic powder, 3/4 c BBQ sauce, 3/4 c cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Mix meat, stuffing mix, 1 c water, and seasoning until well blended. Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray; make an indentation in the center. Spoon sauce into center. Bake 375, 30 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 5 more minutes.
