Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
• 1 cup bread or cracker crumbs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 egg
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp dry mustard
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 1/2 c ketchup

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients with hands in large bowl.
Spread in ungreased loaf pan.
Bake uncovered about 1 hour.
Spread more ketchup over top of meat loaf, then continue to bake another 30 minutes.
