  • 1-3 Pounds pork Loin
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbs Rosemary
  • 1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
  • 7 tbs Pure Maple Syrup

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325
Mix together salt,pepper,mustard, Maple syrup, and chopped Rosemary.Pour over Pork Loin. Bake for 1 hour, turn meat and bake 1 more hour. Slice and serve warm.
