    Pounds pork Loin

    tsp Kosher Salt

  • ¼

    tsp Pepper

  • 2

    tbs Rosemary

  • ¼

    Cup Dijon Mustard

  • 7

    tbs Pure Maple Syrup

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 Mix together salt,pepper,mustard, Maple syrup, and chopped Rosemary.Pour over Pork Loin. Bake for 1 hour, turn meat and bake 1 more hour. Slice and serve warm.
