White Chocolate Bread Pudding 0 Picture


  • 1 loaf bread
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla



Step 1

Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla until frothy then add milk. Whisk egg mixture and milk. Pour and let set. Use one loaf bread or French bread. Make sure bread is stale. If not place in pan @ 275 degrees for 10 - 15 min until stale. Let bread soak up egg mixture then bake 400 degrees for 45 min.

1 1/2 bags white chocolate chips
1 sm can Pet milk
Heat milk first then add chips. Use a double boiler pan so it doosn't burn. After baking pudding let cool 10 min then pour sauce over it.
