Ingredients
- Pie crust 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 8 apples 1/4 cup water 3 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup white sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat 425. Melt butter. Stir in flour to form paste. Add water, sugar, and bring to boil. Reduce temp and simmer
Fill crust with apples. Cover with crust. Gently pour sugar and butter mix over crust. Pour slowly so not to run off
Bake 15 min then reduce temp to 350. Continue baking for 35-45 min until apples are soft
