- 1/2 # tiny new potatoes (about 10) or medium Fred potatoes (about 5)
- 1 TBS Butter
- 1 TBS teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning, crushed
- Dash ground black pepper
- Dash ground red pepper
- Fresh snipped rosemary
Wash potatoes, scrub thoroughly. Cut tiny new potatoes into quarters or medium potatoes into 1 inch pieces. Place potatoes in a 11/2 quart microwave-safe casserole. Add butter, teriyaki, garlic salt and seasoning. Toss to combine.
Cover and micro-cook on 100% power for 12-15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Stir twice during cooking.
Garnish with rosemary and serve with sour cream.
