Ingredients

  • 1/2

    # tiny new potatoes (about 10) or medium Fred potatoes (about 5)

  • 1

    TBS Butter

  • 1

    TBS teriyaki sauce

  • 1/4

    tsp garlic salt

  • 1/4

    tsp Italian seasoning, crushed

  • Dash ground black pepper

  • Dash ground red pepper

  • Fresh snipped rosemary

Directions

Wash potatoes, scrub thoroughly. Cut tiny new potatoes into quarters or medium potatoes into 1 inch pieces. Place potatoes in a 11/2 quart microwave-safe casserole. Add butter, teriyaki, garlic salt and seasoning. Toss to combine. Cover and micro-cook on 100% power for 12-15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Stir twice during cooking. Garnish with rosemary and serve with sour cream. Makes 5 side dish servings.
