Ingredients
- 4 c rhubarb
- 1.2 c lt brown sugar
- 2 T flour
- 4 oz strawberry jello
- 3.4 c water
- 1 c sugar
- topping
- 2 c oatmeal
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 c brown sugar, packed
- 1 c flour
- 1/2 c butter or margarine
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 4375 degrees F. Coat an 9 x13 square baking dish with cooking stray.
Toss first 3 ingred. together. and place in pan. Sprinkle jello over top and pour water over jello. Add 1 c sugar over that.
Mix topping ingredients and cut in butter. Sprinkle over fruit and bake 30 min.
