Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2/3 cups cooked yellow squash
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 3/4 cups flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp. melted butter

Step 1



Add milk to squash, then add sugar and egg. Set aside. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to squash mixture, then add butter. Beat thoroughly. Spoon into greased muffin pans.

Bake at 375 for 25 mins.
