  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup white Karo
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup pecans

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs, Karo, pecans, and vanilla. Pour into 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Then bake for 35 minutes to 45 minutes in a slow 300 degree oven. Pie is done if knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
