  • 12 oz ziti
  • 4 cups marinara sauce ( 2-24 oz)
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni, quartered
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella
  • 3/4 tsp Italian seasoning

Step 1

Cook pasta, drain. Meantime preheat over to 400 - spray 2 qt baking dish. In large bowl, combine marinara & pepperoni, stir in pasta. In another bowl, combine ricotta, 1/2 cup mozzarella and seasoning. Spread 1/2 of pasta mixture in baking dish, spread 1/2 ricotta mixture over pasta. Top with remaining pasta & ricotta mixture. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups mozzarella. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes, remove foil. Bake until cheese melts (10 minutes), let stand 10 minutes before serving.
