Ingredients

    (12 ounce) packages milk chocolate chips

  • 1

    (12 ounce) packages semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 2

    (12 ounce) packages white chocolate chips

  • 2

    teaspoons peppermint extract or oil

  • 8

    Peppermint candy canes, crushed, divided

  • or any Peppermint Candy, crushed

Directions

1. Add a small amount of crushed candy canes in each mold. 2. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each melting, for 1 to 5 minutes. (depending on your microwave). Do not overheat or chocolate will scorch. Add about 1/2 tsp of the white chocolate mixture into each mold; let set while getting milk chocolate ready. 2. Melt the semi-sweet and milk chocolates together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each melting, for 1 to 5 minutes (depending on your microwave). Do not overheat or chocolate will scorch. Stir in the 2 tsp peppermint extract. Fill the each mold with the chocolate mixture to cover evenly over the white chocolate in each mold. Chill until set, about 1 hour. Or until firm.
