Pumpkin Delight Dessert

  • 30 marshmallows
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 20 graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. pumpkin
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1/4 c. sugar



Step 1

Melt marshmallows in double boiler. Add pumpkin & spices. Cool for 1 hour. Fold in whipped cream. Crush graham crackers; blend in butter and sugar. Press into 9x13 pan preserving some for top. Pour in pumpkin mixture. Cover with remaining crumbs. Freeze or chill.
